It is entirely up to you. We have had some amazing success stories with micro businesses as diverse as printing t-shirts to making candles, or from being a mystery shopper to singing at retirement homes. Ideally, I like to start with what you already know – your existing skillset, or your existing passion and interests and go from there. Book a call and let’s see what unfolds!
We recommend two sessions of three hours per week initially (6 hours/week) to build some momentum with the business. Depending on the enthusiasm and ability of the NDIS Participant, we adjust the flow of the content to suit a “learn at your own pace” environment.
It depends on your plan. Supports in Employment, Employment Support, SLES, and PSO is all available. We are flexible and open depending on your individual requirements.
Ideally it works best with individually or plan managed participants, so if this is you, set aside 12 minutes so we can have a chat and see if we align!
I have studied BA LLB, BTeach, Cert IV Web Design, Cert IV Life Coach, Cert IV Small Business, Cert III Disability. My main focus is on building a working rapport with NDIS participants. I work alongside participants building their competence with an adult learner teaching model, and this in turn builds confidence.
From this – participants produce, administer and manage their own business with a long term goal of me stepping away and the participant being wholly independent. I’m available for your chat, book below.
The initial 12 Step Entrepreneur Pathways Program can be completed in around three months. Ideally, I would prefer to remain in contact with graduates for weekly then monthly catch ups.
Small Business can have its ups and downs and seasonal variations. Plus, keeping systems tight and building on that initial entrepreneurial culture into a lifetime habit is something that takes time. Book a call, let’s talk.
The program is delivered live online 1:1 via zoom. All materials and content is provided via download and electronically. This is the most efficient and method and in itself is a way of learning how to do business in 2023. I appreciate you may prefer in person contact, but let’s face it, the reality is reaching a broader customer base as an NDIS Entrepreneur also requires learner the skills of online interaction. Book a call to find out how this can work for you.
